We review these regularly and will incorporate customer recommendations.
4. Our performance to our customers is monitored by the Directors.
5. We aim to establish long term probation relationships between ourselves,
our customers and suppliers.
6. The company will ensure that employees fully understand their roles and
responsibilities and will provide suitable training to allow them to implement
and maintain this policy.
